Short Stay Rates (per person) :

Examples:
If a couple book two hours the price is £120 (i.e. £60 per person)
If a couple book three hours the price is £180 (i.e. £90 per person)

Long Stay Rates (per person) :

Examples:
If a couple book one overnight stay the price is £300 (i.e. £150 per person)
If a couple book one daytime stay the price is £300 (i.e. £150 per person)
If a couple book one overnight and one daytime the price is £400
    (i.e. £150 per person for the overnight +£50 per person for the daytime)
If a couple book two overnights and one daytime the price is £500
    (i.e. £150 + £100 per person for the overnights - no charge for the daytime)

We make concessions for small parties - price on application.

Expert tuition in most aspects of BDSM play is available by prior arrangement, cost is dependent on the tuition required.
